 Worum geht’s?

Die Zukunft können wir nur gemeinsam gestalten – durch Zuhören, Verstehen und echtes Interesse aneinander. Dafür schaffen wir Handlungsspielräume, in denen Menschen in den Dialog treten, sich auf Augenhöhe begegnen und voneinander lernen.

Ein klares Methodengerüst
erleichterte den Teilnehmenden den fokussierten Austausch und steuerte die Dynamik des Arbeitsprozesses. Die Versiertheit der Zielgruppe mit digitalen Tools erlaubte ein schnelles Festhaften und Teilen von Gedanken

und Ideen über die eigene Arbeitsgruppe hinweg. Was das Projekt für uns besonders macht, sind die Erkenntnisse darüber, wie Arbeitsprozesse im digitalen Raum Fahrt aufnehmen können, wenn Struktur, Werkzeuge und Zielgruppe sich gegenseitig ergänzen.
