FT-Methodology

In futures thinking, we work with a wide range of methods that unfold across two core phases:

Understanding futures
We analyze signals, trends, and shifts that shape what lies ahead and explore the needs, opportunities, and risks that emerge from them. This creates a solid foundation for informed decisions, highlights which scenarios may become relevant, and reveals the possibilities they open up.

Shaping futures
Insight becomes creative momentum. Together, we develop desirable visions of the future that provide direction and inspire confidence. Through co‑creation, we craft scenarios, narratives, and early prototypes that make the future tangible and ready for discussion.
